Shipping Policy

We at Puchhka offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.1,199/-. For orders below Rs.1199/-, there is a standard shipping charge of Rs.70/-

All orders usually get shipped within 3-4 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies. Puchhka is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the control of Puchhka. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Puchhka, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

In cases of an unsuccessful delivery followed by an RTO initiation, after 3 attempts at contacting the customer the following process will be followed:

If you'd like us to ship the order again, we may levy a repeat shipping charge.
If you'd like to cancel the order, we will initiate a refund minus the shipping costs once we receive the product in it's original condition.

Shipping Policy International

Orders ship from Surat, India via India Post or private courier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Puchhka is not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the carrier. A tracking number will be shared with you after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Puchhka has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount and is in now responsible for them.

Shipping fee will range between $10 - $20. US shipping could go upto $40.
