We do not offer Return or Cancellation. However, in case the product is damaged during shipping, we request you to record an unboxing video for the proof of damaged shipped product. Without proof, your product will be invalid for Return or Refund request. If you believe your item is defective or you would like to request a refund, please contact us through our contact form, or send an email to puchhka.com@gmail.com. After reviewing, we will initiate a refund or a discount coupon for you within 3-4 working days.
